In 1952, C.B. Young started in the automotive collision industry. In 1968, C.B. Young Jr. began distributing paint in Louisville, KY. For what has now become the Grinstead Group. His philosophies were simple:

1976, C.B. Young, III began overseeing operations expanding the company to cover five states. After C.B.´s retirement in 2005, Mark Young assumed leadership of the company. Under Mark´s leadership, Grinstead continues to grow and excel in this changing business climate providing superb service to our customers and remains the market leaders in wholesale paint distribution.
